lydia jean has over a decade of experience in the influencer industry, starting out as an influencer herself. her experience is extensive, working with micro to mega influencers and consulting + managing influencer campaigns with your favorite brands. she started it girl agency in 2018 with a focus on supporting creators in the motherhood niche.

as it girl agency evolved, the agency has become a household name in the motherhood + lifestyle niche. we work with influencers such as @candi.ortega1, @heyhannahlee, @alisonhavens_ @emilyvondy, and more.
